Advertising Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising networks
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Develop and maintain campaign tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and optimization
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets meet platform specifications and best practices
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend allocation based on performance metrics
  • Create detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations
  • Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, DSPs)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising landscape
