UI Designer (Desktop Applications & Websites)

We are seeking a talented UI Designer to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both desktop applications and websites. The ideal candidate will combine strong design principles with technical understanding to deliver exceptional user experiences, particularly for AI-powered applications and dialogue systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for desktop applications and websites with focus on usability and aesthetics
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Design conversational interfaces and AI interaction patterns
  • Develop consistent design systems and style guides
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Optimize interfaces based on user feedback and analytics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UI design for desktop applications and websites
  • Proficiency in design tools (Sigma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating desktop and web interface designs
  • Experience with interface design principles and accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and design implementation constraints

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Experience designing AI-powered applications and dialogue systems
  • Knowledge of conversational UI/UX patterns and best practices
  • Published research papers in HCI, AI interaction, or related areas
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Knowledge of front-end development
  • Understanding of cross-platform design considerations
