Do you record users' activities?

For paid Pro users, data handling depends on the version you use. In the Desktop version, your usage history is stored locally on your device, and we do not store your prompts or AI-generated outputs on our servers as usage history. In the Web version, your prompts, AI-generated outputs, and usage history may be stored on our servers to provide web-based access and account functionality. We do not routinely review your content, and staff access is limited to support, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or cases where you authorize us to do so.

Your prompts may be sent to third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI, to process your requests. Trial interactions may be recorded for service improvement, product analysis, safety monitoring, and abuse prevention. Diagnostic logs may also be collected. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
