Start Ideation with Gatsbi

Are you looking to spark fresh ideas and turn them into real-world innovations? With Gatsbi, the process is remarkably simple—what you need is just enter a research topic. In this tutorial, we’ll explore how to effectively use Gatsbi’s features to unlock your creative potential and bring groundbreaking solutions to life.

Enter Your Research Topic

Topics should be specific, for example, a concrete direction "interpretable large language models" is preferred to the broad topic "deep learning".

Smart Research Topic Recommendations

If you enter a non-specific topic, the system will suggest some more concrete cutting-edge research directions for you to choose from. You can also re-enter one if none of the suggestions are of interest.

Systemic Analysis

When receiving a concrete research topic, the system performs a multi-step analysis automatically before generating inventive ideas.

Idea Generation

After the analysis, Gatsbi will generate a list of inventive ideas (typically 10 to 20 candidates). It will also comment on each idea regarding its novelty and feasibility. A recommendation score and up to 5 references are provided simultaneously.

Regeneration

If you are not satisfied with any of the suggested ideas, you can regenerate them by clicking the 'Regenerate' button at the bottom of the idea list.

Idea Implementation

Click the "Expand" button to obtain a detailed implementation of the selected idea.

Multilingual Support

You can enter your research topic in any language. If the system identifies a non-English input, it will translate the suggested ideas into your input language. It will also write comments and explanations in your input language. But the core analysis is performed in English to maintain technical accuracy and terminology precision.
